Universal Technical Institute offers automotive, manufacturer-specific, diesel and collision repair training through its main school. UTI's automotive training programs are designed to give students a comprehensive education that prepares them for work in the automotive repair industry. Program offerings include courses tailored to specific vehicle manufacturers, including Audi, BMW, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo. UTI's diesel and industrial technology programs prepare students to maintain and fix diesel trucks, construction equipment, forklifts and transportation refrigeration systems.
NASCAR Technical Institute
Through its NASCAR Technical Institute, Universal Technical Institute offers training for those who want to become automotive technicians. The program is similar to the automotive technician training but with added NASCAR-specific coursework. The NASCAR Technical Institute is located in Mooresville, North Carolina and is a joint effort between UTI and NASCAR.
Marine Mechanics Institute

Emphasis is placed on manufacturer-specific technologies from popular companies such as Yamaha, Suzuki and Honda. Motorcycle Mechanics Institute
Universal Technical Institute's Motorcycle Mechanics Institute offers training customized for students interested in becoming motorcycle technicians.
